Peak Vineyard wedding season (June to September) books up months ahead. We recommend reaching out 4 to 6 months before your date. Off-season events can often be booked with 2 to 4 weeks notice.
Yes. Every package includes a member of our team on-site through the duration of your event. We handle setup, sound checks, live monitoring, and strike. You don't touch a knob unless you want to.
We require a 30% deposit to lock your date. Full balance is due one week before the event. Cancellations 30+ days out are fully refundable; closer than that we keep the deposit but credit it toward a future booking.
Yes. Primarily on Martha's Vineyard but we travel to Cape Cod, Nantucket, and selectively to Boston for the right event. Travel fees apply.
Outdoor events get a weather contingency plan when we quote: usually a tent partner we work with, plus weather-rated gear and backup equipment on-site. We've done many beachfront weddings; we know the drill.
We partner with local DJs we trust and can recommend or coordinate as part of your package. We don't DJ ourselves but our setup is DJ-ready out of the box.
